Looking for some hands-on advice on your garden? Want to redo the pots on your patio or your whole back yard? Pictures, sketches, ideas, plant lists and inspiration...all personalized to your garden space.

Meet in the Creative Gardener Design Studio, among a vast collection of gardening books and resources, and design your garden on paper. You can bring photos of your garden, sketches, magazine clippings and any other material that will be visual for us to look at. Ideas, tips and tricks for your yard with Sue’s help, along with hundreds of reference books at your finger tips.

Tips for getting the most of your studio appointment

•Walk around your garden space before the appointment and take notes. Decide what you love, hate, want to change and what you want your space to look like ideally.

•Take photographs of the area you would like to talk about. Take wide shots of the area to get the full look of the space. Close up photos can be taken for plant id and other design notes you think are needed.

•Take basic measurements of your space and note conditions- i.e. sun, shade, and soil conditions as noted on the questionnaire.

What to bring to your appointment

•Questionnaire- A basic questionaire to get us started. If you don’t send it in prior to your appointment, please bring it with you.

•Visuals- They can be photos of your garden, home, or clippings of ideas and other gardens in which you find inspiration.

Pricing-

½ hour appointments starting at- $30.00

1 hour appointments starting at- $50.00

Payment Methods

Enjoy the convenience of pre-paying for you Design Studio appointment with a credit card online via PayPal. Otherwise cash or check is accepted at the conclusion of your appointment.

Studio Policies-

•Pre-paid appointments are refundable if canceled 48 hours prior. Funds will be returned via PayPal within 5 business days.

•We understand things can happen and ask all changes and cancelations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
